One Incident

One incident which involves a tragical story or a successful one is enough to change and shake all the roots in one’s life.... I was reading ‘ Three mistakes of life’ today written by our very own Chetan Bhagat and i realised that it took one godhra incident to change lives of many people around.. Whether you fall down or whether you succeed that is one point in your life which we will never forget. we learn out of this one experience. If we fall down then mostly nine out of ten times that becomes a stepping stone to success and if we succeed then that becomes a mile stone in our life something which we will never forget in life and that particular day it etched in to our brain which becomes base to our successful future ahead.

The point is if the experience is tragical then i will have to learn out of it and not shirk away and wallow myself in to self pity which many of us do including me and the interesting point is i am the one who is writing this and i am sure that most of the times i sympathise with myself .. One friend of mine advised me one day when i was feeling low and was busy cursing myself and the day i was born, he told me in simple terms 'swetha if in your life there is a day when you fall down and you think you can never get up remember there will also be a day when you will be successful and that day you will realise that all the pain you have suffered is worth the happiness you are going to get'... I will be a lie if i say i am fine now but then he showed me a small ray of hope for which i will always be tempted to work hard to achieve it....

I am not saying that bearing pain is easy infact it is very hard and nobody can go through what you are feeling at that moment but remember at any point of time if you feel there is nothing left in life please do not forget that there is hope ..

Hope is all we have when we have nothing left.... That is something on which we can survive. It is implicit and natural even those who believe they lack the capacity to hope still can and still do, even if they don’t believe it. If hope is an illusion, then it is one that I choose to embrace and nurture.
